Transport agents across India were running their entire accounting businesses manually. Paper memos. Handwritten payment records. Phone calls to confirm whether invoices had been received or settled.
The problems this created were significant:
- Errors in billing led to disputes.
- No real-time visibility into what money was owed or paid.
- No single system of record that both the agent and clients trusted.
From Scratch to Scale
We built the full system from scratch: an Android mobile app and a web platform. Everything that used to live on paper now lives in one place, accessible from a phone or a desktop.
We engineered the backend so that even at 500 users running the system simultaneously at full load, the cloud cost is effectively zero.
The Android App
A mobile-first accounting system for transport agents on the move. Invoicing, payment confirmation, account balances.

A full desktop interface for detailed account management, reporting, and reconciliation. Stays in sync in real time.
