Future Founders is a NEET coaching startup. They had seen other platforms slow to a crawl during exam season or get hit with cloud bills that spiked overnight. They needed three things:

No drop in speed or downtime during live classes or practice tests.
Cost at scale
Most platforms are cheap at 100 users, but cloud bills can kill a startup at 10,000 users.
Data Safety
Student data is sensitive. A breach is a business-ending reputational problem.

We designed and built the full education platform on Google Cloud. It only uses computing power when students are actively using it. When nobody is logged in at 3 AM, the cost is effectively zero.
When 10,000 students are all logged in at once the day before an exam, the platform scales automatically to meet that load.
